Q:  There is more than one ball in the ball channel.

A:  Turn the unit off. Remove all balls from chute and place them back onto the feeder.

 

Q:  Balls do not fall into ball channel.

A: check feeder- is it in the lock position

 

Q: Motor is weak

A: Change the batteriesIF Derek Jeter use Duracell batteries only

 

Q:  My unit will not shoot out the balls.

A:  When the balls are loaded and you press the button on the bat, does the red indicator light come on? 

If yes, remove all balls and turn the machine on. (You will not hear any motor noises).  Using your finger, press the black lever at the top of the chute down so that it rotates all the way around and then push the lever up twice and down once again. Reload the balls and press button on the bat.  If this adjustment does not work, EMAIL REQUEST about problem

 

If no, open the cap on the bat, you will see a copper strip with the adjustment tool pull it towards you, put the cap back on, and try it again. If that does not work try remove the balls, press the button on the bat if the light comes on and you hear a clicking sound, and then you need to change the batteries in the machine and or bat. If the light does not come on, use the screwdriver provided to adjust the frequency. 

 

Q:    What do I do if the motor will not go on? 

A:  Do you have the balls loaded in the machine?  If yes, take the top ball feeder off, take the balls out and turn on your machine or look down into the unit and locate the black lever.  Push the lever down once until it clicks move it up twice, it will not click this time and push it down again until it clicks.  Place a ball in the unit, the motor should go on.  If not, EMAIL REQUEST advise further.
