Q:
My machine will not come on.
A:
Make sure that the balls are loaded.
The machine will not come on unless it has at least one ball
loaded. Make sure there are no balls at
the bottom of the chute. Make sure they
have new batteries and that they are going in the proper direction. If still no power after trying the above two,

My unit will not shoot out the balls.
A:
When the balls are loaded and you press the button on the bat, does the

If yes, remove all balls and turn the machine on. (You will not hear any motor noises). Using your finger, press the black lever at the top of the chute down so that it rotates all the way around and then push the lever up twice and down once again. Reload the balls and press button on the bat. If this adjustment does not work, EMAIL REQUEST for further help
If no, open the cap
on the bat, you will see a copper strip with the adjustment tool pull it
towards you, put the cap back on, and try it again. If that does not work try
remove the balls, press the button on the bat if the light comes on and you
hear a clicking sound, and then you need to change the batteries in the machine
and or bat. If the light does not come on, use the screwdriver provided to
adjust the frequency.

When I press the button on the bat, nothing happens.
A:
Make sure they have new batteries and that they are in the proper
way. Try to adjust the frequency with
the screwdriver provided. (See insert)
