Q:  Does the Advanced Pitch and Hit machine (# 939123 & 939050) have a speed adjustment? 

A:  No. 

 

Q:  How fast does the Advanced Pitch and Hit machine pitch?

A: 55-60mph from 50 feet away

 

Q:  It’s not pitching accurately?

A: the balls you are using are worn or soft-core balls or the bearings on the inside are worn. If they are worn we need to replace them if you try your warranty is void.

 

Q:  Where can I purchase the battery for the Advanced Pitch and Hit machine?

A:  Find out when the customer purchased the machine.  If it was recently, send them a new battery.  If it’s been a while have them look for a store selling replacement batteries for building alarms they should have them also online

 

Q:  I have lost the adapter can I get another?

A:  you can purchase at radio shack using these specs

v      Class 2 (+)

v      Input 120VAC 60HZ 14W

v      Output 12VDC 500MA

 

Q:    What do I do if the motor will not go on? 

A:  Do you have the balls loaded in the machine?  If yes, take the top ball feeder off, take the balls out and turn on your machine OR look down into the unit and locate the black lever.  Push the lever down once until it clicks move it up twice, it will not click this time and push it down again until it clicks.  Place a ball in the unit, the motor should go on Ask if the12 Volt Battery has been charged at least 12 hrs? Are the four “AA” batteries installed per instructions? If yes is answered to all questions ask customer to send just the machine. We will just reset the unit...
