Q:  I cannot get the plug in/out of the BIGENS Ball, Hop a ROO

A:  Rub a little dish soap on the plug and move it around. 

Q:  I am missing the plug to the BIGENS Ball, Hop a ROO

A:  Mail out another one.

Q:  My ball has a hole in it.  Do you have a patch kit?

A:  No.  You can use a vinyl repair kit to repair small holes.  You can purchase these from a waterbed store. 

Q:  My ball exploded while I was pumping it up.  My ball has a slow leak but its new and it has no holes, what do I do?

A:  if under the 90 day warranty send to us for exchange.

Q:  I purchased an ‘X’ sized ball, but it doesn’t get that big.  Should I keep blowing it up?

A:  it is made of vinyl the material will expand. you may need to let it sit a day and then take plug out and add more air.
