Q:  My machine will not come on.

A:  Check the batteries.  Make sure that the balls are loaded.  The machine will not come on unless it has at least one ball loaded.  Make sure there are no balls at the bottom of the chute.  Make sure they have new batteries and that they are going in the proper direction.  If still no power after trying the above two, EMAIL REQUEST about problem

Q:  My unit will not shoot out the balls.

A:  When the balls are loaded and you press the button on the bat, does the red indicator light come on? 

If yes, remove all balls and turn the machine on.  (You will not hear any motor noises).  Using your finger, press the black lever that stops the balls down chute down once and pull the lever up twice and down once again. Reload the balls and press button on the bat.  If this adjustment does not work, EMAIL REQUEST about problem

Q:  Where is the screwdriver?

A:  It is located in the battery compartment of the machine.  In the located in the battery tray, in the hole on the top of the holder do not take the battery out of tray holder. It is between the gray and black straight edge.

Q:  When I press the button on the bat, nothing happens.

A:  Make sure they have new batteries and that they are in the proper way.  Try to adjust the frequency with the screwdriver provided.  (See instructions) If none of the above work, EMAIL REQUEST for a new bat.

Q:  My machine has only one or no wheels that spin. 

A:  Make sure that the batteries are new.  If new batteries do not help, EMAIL REQUEST about the problem.

Q:  The button fell off my bat.  The screw for the battery compartment is stripped on my bat.

A:  EMAIL REQUEST for a new bat - check color there is a blue & black bat
