Q:  The green light will not turn on.

A:  We are sorry, that is a misprint in the instructions. See instruction links for corrected instruction pages.

Q:  My machine will not come on.

A:  Turn the unit off. On the backside of the machine there is a gray cover with holes in it remove it – may be difficult the first time it pulls straight out no twisting. Behind are connectors checking those first. If 1 or both are loose reconnect, remove the battery, and replace battery after 60 seconds. Turn machine on then put the ball on. The light should turn on, if it did not,  next open the casing on the battery and check those wires. recheck the light. If it does come on recharge the battery for 8 hrs,  and then use machine. If machine still wont work send EMAIL REQUEST for a recall tag. you will need your receipt or packing slip.

Q:  My unit will not shoot out the balls.

A:  Make sure ball is on correctly only one side of the ball has groves that will make contact with the ball release   switch. If on ok then replace ball. If ball in on correctly remove the ball using the manual release button and on the tube find the release switch. Press down with the machine on if you compressor starts then the problem is with the ball if not then the machine needs to be checked.

Q:  Can I replace the ac charger?

A:  You can purchase a replacement charger at Radio Shack. Information for replacement are:
